Dana spearheaded the design and delivery of an executive education program called The Art of Inquiry for the top 300 leaders at The Estee Lauder Companies. As a result of the program, 84% of participants agreed that this training would help them to be more effective at their jobs.

As project manager, Dana established and oversaw workstreams, including Content, Communications and Implementation. Dana played key roles in conducting the initial learning needs assessment through executive interviews, managing vendor partnerships, providing content feedback, and tracking program costs within the allocated budget. The program was delivered on-time and was well-received by executives across the global organization.
