Dana is a Learning Design and Change Manager based in New York.

Dana was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and has spent the past decade in New York, designing and implementing transformational HR and learning programs across various industries (Healthcare, CPG/Cosmetics, Financial Services). With a background in HR and internal consulting, Dana uniquely understands organizational effectiveness best practices and how learning and change management integrate within complex structures. She is passionate about establishing best practices, creating scalable, impactful learning experiences within large, matrixed organizations, and most recently, within a rapidly growing startup.

As the Learning Programs Strategist at Dandy Labs, Dana specializes in crafting innovative learning solutions that align closely with business strategies and priorities. She pioneered a Center of Excellence for Enablement, integrating AI technologies to advance learning and development initiatives across customer-facing teams.

Certified in User Experience Design (General Assembly) and Evaluating Learning Impact (ATD), Dana is described by colleagues as calm and joyful, with a creative and meticulous approach to program design.
